Vitocco Enterprises is a family owned company involved in development and construction. Assistance was provided to understand market conditions leading to feasibility modelling and property acquisitions. Development management included DA masterplanning for residential subdivision and attached housing in the Lowes Creek Maryland precinct and design development of a large commercial development exceeding 12,000 sqm.
